FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know before your first appointment. Can’t find your answer? We’re happy to help.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As early as you can. Custom gowns involve several fittings, and more time means a calmer, more enjoyable process. Send us your wedding date and we’ll let you know honestly what is possible.

How much does a custom gown cost?

Every gown is priced individually, depending on the design, fabrics and detail involved. We’ll talk about your budget at your consultation and design with it in mind.

What happens at a consultation?

We’ll talk about your wedding, your style and the gown you imagine. Bring any inspiration you have: photos, fabric swatches, even a dress you love the neckline of. It’s a conversation, with no pressure.

Can you redesign my mother’s or grandmother’s gown?

Yes, heirloom redesign is one of our services. Bring the gown to your consultation and we’ll look at its condition and fabric together and talk through what’s possible.

Do you alter gowns bought elsewhere?

Get in touch with details of your gown and your wedding date, and we’ll let you know how we can help.

How many fittings will I need?

It depends on your design. Custom gowns usually need several fittings; we’ll give you a clear plan once your design is settled.

Where are appointments held?

All appointments take place at our studio at 1675 S Oak Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003, by booking only.
